Circle will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade the following chains to the following USDC infrastructure:

Chains:
Linea, Plume, Ink, XDC

Impact:
Circle Mint access for these chains will be unavailable during the 8-hour window.
API and UI operations for Mint, Burn, Deposit, and Withdraw on these chains will be paused.

Post-upgrade improvements:
Circle Mint UI will align with the standard experience (no externally owned account required).
Full API support (Mint, Burn, Deposit, Withdraw, Express, Travel Rule) will be available.

We will update this page once maintenance is complete.
