Investigating

USDC mints and burns and CCTP transactions on Optimism are delayed due to safe head stall on the network. We are currently investigating.

This incident affected: 3rd Party Infrastructure & Systems, Circle Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (OP - Cross-Chain Minting and Burning), and USDC (USDC - OP - Minting, USDC - OP - Redeeming).
