This incident affected: EURC (EURC - SOL - Minting, EURC - SOL - Redeeming), 3rd Party Infrastructure & Systems, Circle - Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (SOL - Cross-Chain Minting and Burning), and USDC (USDC - SOL - Minting, USDC - SOL - Redeeming).
