This incident affected: Circle Gateway (Circle Gateway: HyperEVM - Mainnet), Circle Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (HYPEREVM - Cross-Chain Minting and Burning), and USDC (USDC - HYPEREVM - Minting, USDC - HYPEREVM - Redeeming).
